Soups

I grew up eating soups. However, heavy, meaty, cabbagy soups were never my favorite.  I was exited to discover such a variety when I left Russia. Or maybe there is just more info available and different recipes are easy to find.

Favorite soups include Tomato Soup, Chicken Soup, Broccoli and Cheese soup. My personal favorite is a Butternut Squash Soup (;

Then there is Turkey and Barley Soup (variation of Beef and Barley) and Emergency Potsticker Soup .
